well…i think is this something that they needed because their fans would expect the new iphone to come out and spark up their communities. in my opinion, they should just guide the incident to something that could help their branding.

Well, I heard some news about Apple contemplating taking legal action against gizmodo for “buying stolen property.” I personally don’t think they should do this. Apple may be highly secretive, but in terms of revealing new features and design the damage has been done. Filing a lawsuit with gizmodo may turn around and bite them since it appears to punish potential users for being interested in their product. Also, like Joe said, this will stir up buzz and hype about the new iphone, which may be a good thing because some of these newer Andriod and Windows 7 mobile phones look pretty appealing.
